The Mission

Helping You Move from Surviving to Flourishing,
One Step at a Time.

Survival is no longer enough. We envision a world where flourishing is accessible to everyone, where each step we take is rooted in authenticity, purpose, and wholehearted living. Together, we create a space where flourishing becomes the standard, not the exception.

Meet Eugenia 🦦

For years, I lived by the expectations of success — rising through the ranks at Google and P&G, driven by a desire for achievement. Yet, no amount of external success could quiet the discontent within. I realized I had been living someone else’s definition of fulfillment, not my own.

True peace, I’ve learned, doesn’t come from accomplishments or accolades. It comes from understanding the self, from embracing the inner work and allowing space for growth. That’s what led me to create The Well Beings — a place where others can step out of survival mode and reconnect with their true selves.

The journey to healing and purpose is not always easy, but it is deeply necessary. At The Well Beings, we guide you to design a life that nourishes the soul and fosters genuine wellbeing.

Because to live authentically, we must first be willing to listen to the quiet truths within ourselves.

Meet Nigel 👋

For a decade, I've worked in a variety of roles across investments; soliciting foreign direct investments for the government of Singapore, launching new startup ventures and managing a portfolio of early-stage investments. Success was defined by the organisation I worked for.

A decade on, I have learned so much more about myself and realised the life I was living was not the life I wanted to live anymore. I have become so much more; a husband, a father of two young kids, a lover of music, a recently diagnosed ADHDer. For the first time in my life, I have had to define success on my own terms, and then figure out my steps to getting there.

Such transitions are intensely personal but they do not need to be lonely. No one completes a transition without the support and guidance of others. The witnesses to my life have given me strength to face my struggles and celebrate in the joys of my wins, so it is both a gift and a responsibility to walk alongside others through The Well Beings.
